Yep. certificate of title is simply the proof that the actual title exists somewhere. And the registered owner is the entity that benefits from the use of another's property. And the fraud goes on and on...

Voter registration revocation is rather easy. DMV is rather simple if you have nothing owed on the auto. However, it is a bigger leap of courage as it tends to draw attention from corporate policy enforcers. But, it is rather straight forward in the sense that you would not qualify for registration and title certification if not a citizen in the federal definition. If buying an auto new, you need to find a dealership that will sell you the auto without initially registering with the DMV. I have done this. It keeps the VIN of their books and allows direct access to the MCO. But some States are a pain and will not play ball supposedly due to their own adhesion contracts between dealership and State for coercion of the man or woman trying to purchase.

I have been able to buy a vehicle out of state and obtain the MCO, yet to "drive the vehicle" the state confiscated the MCO (upon registration).

I actually have a very old cemetery on my farm, which I read may help get the property off the towns "commercial" rolls, but have not dug into that claim.
I do not drive. That is a federal and State commercial controlled term for fictitious entities. I travel with a DOT approved private motor carrier non-commercial, non-expiring, private registration number and plate. The application process also confirmed no insurance required. I do not qualify for a driver's license. That would be committing a felony to state being a resident and citizen of the United States. As a man on the land I do not qualify for a license. Also revoked the registration and certificate of title.
Working through allodial title. A combination of Ron Gibson and Augusta Blackstone. I have numerous friends who have successfully completed after I have them all the information and steps. Many were easier as they had the deed history with land parent already.
