At the risk of being annoyingly too specific "Citizens of the agreed states" [capital 'C'] or Nationals [follows proper noun norms which were encouraged to the public around 1856 - while the federal codes and statutes continued to follow Roman Law styling - to add to future confusion of the people of course...] if not volunteering to serve as a public servant which is how a "Republican form" of government operates. The Constitutional Republic is ONLY the parties to the Constitution... which is between The United States of America at a National level [Federation of States] with delegates that formed the Federal Government as States of America under the Articles of Confederation and the new body politic that was named "the" United States of America after 1856.
The nation-states [lower case as a sovereign per original Roman Law styling], which have physically defined geographical borders are to be a Republican style of government and are guaranteed this in the Constitution - basically telling the servants they cannot mess with it...
The States [body politic] are republics.
The territories have a democracy [majority rule].
And the municipal government in DC has a Plenary Oligarchy [few hold all the power].
I understand the three constitutions now. In school they reach that it is the same constitution that was refined three times. They also teach The Union of States fought the civil war, that southern states ceded from the Union to form a confederacy. They don’t want us to know the Confederation of States fought the civil war.
Can you help us understand the US mail versus the Postal Service? Where do we find the evidence that the first is internal to the United States ( for gov agency only)?
To make matter more confusing there is also presorted first class mail which appears to be neither one. Do you know about this?
I have to read it again three times to wrap my ahead around the details you have given us. At first impression, I could not help notice GW was referred as Sir and Excellency. So he did not renounce his titles of nobility to be one of the People and be a Deputy?
As can best be determined, the titles were of respect while serving in a role or related to the military leadership. Unfortunately, it should have been as a "humble servant" as was expected for those in the public trust and written in the enumerated duties. The intent was no given titles of nobility from another country or power that would put them in conflict to the people and their protection.
A little more detail on the confederations in a later post related to the buildup of the Civil War.
I will start working on a Postal Service/US Mail Post as well.
Excellent description of what transpired and why we are a constitutional republic with we the people as the citizens of the agreed states.

Nope, not annoying at all!! Thank you for going into more detail!

Thank you so much for this summary. I have so many questions. I will be posting them here later on tonight after work.
