I understand the three constitutions now. In school they reach that it is the same constitution that was refined three times. They also teach The Union of States fought the civil war, that southern states ceded from the Union to form a confederacy. They don’t want us to know the Confederation of States fought the civil war.
Can you help us understand the US mail versus the Postal Service? Where do we find the evidence that the first is internal to the United States ( for gov agency only)?
To make matter more confusing there is also presorted first class mail which appears to be neither one. Do you know about this?
I have to read it again three times to wrap my ahead around the details you have given us. At first impression, I could not help notice GW was referred as Sir and Excellency. So he did not renounce his titles of nobility to be one of the People and be a Deputy?
A little more detail on the confederations in a later post related to the buildup of the Civil War.
I will start working on a Postal Service/US Mail Post as well.
Excellent description of what transpired and why we are a constitutional republic with we the people as the citizens of the agreed states.

Thank you so much for this summary. I have so many questions. I will be posting them here later on tonight after work.
