One of These Things is not Like the Other

OR: Do you want to get out of the Matrix? Are you a person or a color of the man?

Preamble:

This post is intended to show that both law in America and common law countries, and the bible itself, affirm that you do not want to be a “person” in any form. The word “person” is specific to judgement and a decision to be less than a living soul (LS) through causing harm to others.

The previous post was about names and not being your names. This idea has started to be talked about in the media now as well. People are waking up to the abuse of our names and the use of titles to entrap mankind in constructive fraud. Unfortunately, we do not typically see the fraud and we accept the misaddressing through our own volition and ignorance.

This post will show that the court system and our legal structure, and law structure, has a remedy. But, this is only true if you know you are NOT a title, a name, or a “person”. You may sometimes act as the title, but you are not the title.

4. identifying — as defendants — the men and women running the military campaign in their personal capacities only, as individuals impersonating government officials.

If you do not use titles people take on, and instead directly prosecute the man or woman who did trespass by way of harm that does occur through the decisions they made as a man or woman, then they become the “person” in judgement to be put on trial. Harm is always present-tense until remedy is given. You do not want to prosecute their titles, position within the organization, or the organization itself. The “persons” are guilty of fraud by impersonating government officials. The ONLY responsibility of government is to secure the rights of the people - not to reduce those unalienable rights. So, they are impersonating an official if they are causing you harm by their decisions. And at the end of the day, only one of mankind can do harm. A corporation is an entity or piece of paper. You cannot put a piece of paper on the stand to testify how it did you harm.

The use of the word “person, PERSON, Person…”

Did you ever count the number of times you or someone else uses the word “person” in a day? Try counting sometime and see how many times this happens. The use of that one word alone is indicative of the level of indoctrination that needs corrected. It is the simplest litmus to show how far we have fallen as living souls. And it is the easiest to explain. Unless you want to be told what your rights are, YOU ARE NOT A PERSON!

26 USC 7701 (a) (1) Person The term “person” shall be construed to mean and include an individual, a trust, estate, partnership, association, company or corporation.

A Person is:

“a variety of entities other than human beings.” Church of Scientology v U.S. Department of Justice, 612 F2d 417 (1979) at pg 418.

“ ‘in common usage, the term ‘person’ does not include the sovereign, [and] statutes employing the [word] are normally construed to exclude it.’ Wilson v Omaha Tribe, 442 US653 667, 61 L. Ed 2d 153, 99 S Ct 2529 (1979) (quoting United States v Cooper Corp. 312 US 600, 604, 83 L. Ed 1071, 61 S Ct 742 (1941) See also United States v Mine Workers, 330 US 258, 273, 91 L. Ed 884. 67 S Ct 677 (1947)” Will v Michigan State Police, 491 US 58, 105 L. Ed. 2d 45, 109 S Ct 2304.

We are a creation of the Creator that creates. We are the seeds of consciousness. We are; and therefore, we think.

In the illustration above there is the simple hierarchy of the natural world and universe, through Creation, and the proper order of authority if we know we are not “persons”. However, we allow judges to be at the top. Judges should be magistrates acting on behalf of the people through their Oath of Office - acting as a simple referee. The judge is not your enemy. You simply need to make sure he is a referee. If you are an entity, he is a judge. If you are one of mankind, he is a magistrate (referee).

We should know in natural law, that property is the highest right mankind has. This is what sets the order of property above principalities-and-powers given these entities are created by mankind, and hence, are lower in hierarchy. Property is created by Creation and handed down to mankind through lawful means. It is an unalienable right.

Black’s Law Dictionary 2nd Edition:

PROPERTY. Rightful dominion over external objects ; ownership ; the unrestricted and exclusive right to a thing; the right to dispose of the substance of a thing in every legal way, to possess it, to use it, and to exclude every one else from interfering with it. Mackeld. Rom. Law, § 265.

Property is the highest right a man can have to anything; being used for that right which one has to lands or tenements, goods or chattels, which noway depends on another man's courtesy. Jackson ex dem. Pearson v. Housel, 17 Johns. 281, 283.

This is supported by our legal system as well.

Bill of Rights: Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Constitutional protections in the Declaration of Independence:

“We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

The Constitution only authorizes “common law courts”, also known as “courts of record”. The use of the term “law of the land” is ONLY for common law courts. A court of record removes the power of the judge to make a ruling (becomes a magistrate). He/she becomes an “administrator” of the court. Trial-by-jury (sovereign people) is the final decision maker. Metaphor: The wood cannot rule over the carpenter…

The courts in America, since 1861, have largely been admiralty courts and maritime courts which act by the law of the high seas. All people are believed to be things or persons that are entities. Unless we stand as a man or woman and know we are not a “person” (barring we did not harm another of mankind), we can be pulled into those courts. More detail of this reality will be discussed in a future post related to the “Civil War” and the Lieber Code (1898).

Maxim of Law:

“Ejusdem Generis (eh-youse-dem generous) v adj. Latin for “of the same kind,” used to interpret loosely written statutes. Where a law lists specific classes of persons or things and then refers to them in general, the general statements only apply to the same kind of persons or things specifically listed.”

Example: if a law refers to automobiles, trucks, tractors, motorcycles and other motor-powered vehicles, “vehicles” would not include airplanes, since the list was of land-based transportation.

So let’s go back to 26 USC 7701:

26 USC 7701 (a) (1) Person The term “person” shall be construed to mean and include an individual, a trust, estate, partnership, association, company or corporation.

Based on ejusdem generis, the word Person and the word individual are each a fictitious entity as in the rest of the list in 26 USC 7701 above. ARE YOU A FICTITIOUS ENTITY?

This same maxim is true for contracts where things are listed at the beginning of the contract to distinguish things from people. ARE YOU A THING? So, if you think you are a “member”, then you just became an entity in the same category as a “person” or corporation. If you know you are a man who chartered you property in the form of a corporation to do business with another corporation through the charter given of another man, then you cannot be a “member”.

On Common Law:

• Sovereignty exists because of common law, but more particularly natural law.

• Common Law was brought back into England by the Barons with the signing of the Magna Carta - this is over 200 years after the Norman Conquest

• Common Law existed prior to this formal document (Magna Carta) in the form of tithings, ten tithings, and shires. These were small communities in the English Isles that were mostly Anglo-Saxon and had their roots in natural law. (The Book of Hundreds – various authors) and (The Commentaries of the Laws of England by Sir Edward Coke)

• Blackstone stated common law existed in the Bible prior to all English Common Law

• Likely existed since time in memorial

• In English Law there are 3 parts

The Bible and “persons”

Deuteronomy 1:17 – Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God’s: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

Deuteronomy 16:19 – Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

2 Chronicles 19:7 – Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts.

Proverbs 28:21 – To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.

Romans 2:11 – for there is no respect of persons with God.

Colossians 3:25 – But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

The term “persons” is directly derived from biblical reference. It is a clarifying word of a living soul in judgement or who has done harm to another. As much as a large portion of the world wishes to distance themselves from Creation, our laws are based on Creation and Natural Law. So, unless you did harm to another of mankind, you are not a “person”. If you think you are a person, then you are admitting to harm.

Sometimes what you think is real is just a color of reality. Art imitating life.

Our challenge is the recognition of the volume of bombarding legal forms, ideas, and preconceived notions of what is legal versus lawful. The conversion to a person is setup in every document that is used to create the illusion of contractual authority.

LOVE:

Love is by the Creator. It is a combination of light, frequency, and vibration energy that penetrates all things. i, have been struggling with the concept for a very long time. i, know what unconditional-love is with my family and friends. When others persecute and bear false witness, it is very difficult to connect Love with those of mankind who at times are harmful. Those harmful people think they are doing their “job” (illegal act for illicit gain). That same lost soul believes in an idea that they can enforce what are man’s-permitted-rights due to their “job”.

Ever since understanding what a “person” is both in a biblical sense and legal sense, it becomes easier to understand what Love is… It is being aware of and living natural law. It is forgiveness, coupled with compassion, infused with a type of sadness for those who do not know who they are, or could be, as a man or woman first. When a prosecutor thinks he is the action-thing, “a prosecutor”, rather than a man who sometimes acts as a prosecutor, one can start to feel sadness due to the one of mankind being lost. They were programmed that way. The propaganda pushed out their love of mankind.

We forget in our work, life, and created distractions that, to be a living-soul first prevents intentional harm in the world. When intentional harm is reduced by not giving into the title, you feel compassion for the man or woman who is lost in being something else rather than that of a man or woman - first. Then there is a desire to forgive when we realize they are lost as well. This does not mean there are not consequences for their harm. Because, there is “no respect for persons”. But, it becomes easier to understand why they act the way they do… They have been deceived like everyone else. They are like our children who are lost and do not realize what they are choosing. When the value of the fake things of this world become less important, and compassion for a lost and failing fellow man rises; Love can begin to creep back into our souls; all because you are aware this one of mankind falsely believes they are something else that they are not.

People who put a title before the Creator, Mankind, or property, then place idolizing the title before all else, including Love, it becomes a demon on their soul. Love is seeing through that demon. Love is no controversy and realizing the internal conflict in others. This same conflict is what those of mankind may not realize in themselves. What they do not realize is that they are being the job title, and they are taking on of a title. They are being a “person” before being a Living Soul (LS).
